The food was good and the drive thru service was quick. I'm using the app and it makes it easy to order. The only issue is that I can't put a gift card in the payment part of the app. The people at the store got the app order ready quickly.

I got charge with food that I didn't order nor I recibe. When I ask about it, they Yelled at me, were racist and threaten to called the police, just cuz I didn't understand why a good charge for something I didn't order nor I recibe, I understand mistakes, but it wasn't my fault I wasn't even yelling. ( my mc food was good tho, 5 Stars to kitchen team)

Am I still allowed to tell them when their food is cold or have we gotten to a point that because of employee shortages I'm supposed to just shut up and enjoy the fact that I paid $25 for cold food, wrong food, and a nasty attitude handing it to me? It has been six months since I had bought from McDonald's, I guess it'll be another six months. Employee shortages should not cause rudeness or low quality. I'm no Karen or Ken, just a guy wanting hot food and what i asked for and at a bare minimum, if I'm smiling and say thank you, you could say least smile and say you're welcome. Let's get back to basics.

Very slow service and they give me the oder incomple. The machine doesn’t have the number for the oder.
