I came through the drive through this morning to order some breakfast. I asked the order taker to give me a minute so I can see what items could be used on the mobile app. I explained that I was ready to order and I don’t know if something was wrong with her headset or if she just didn’t hear me right but I had to repeat myself 3 times. Assuming I was done, she told me to go to the next window (even if I was done, there was no verifying the order and giving the total) so I explained that I wasn’t done. The order taker told me “Oh well continue your order then damn” excuse me!!! So I went to the window and asked the young lady to verify the order to me and she had a very nasty attitude. I went to the next window to pick my items up and the ice coffee was extremely white and I specifically asked for 1 creamer. So I asked if they can remake the coffee and I was asked to move forward. The young lady gave me another iced coffee that had coffee grinds that covered the bottom of the cup and I had to come in and ask for it to be remade again. This 3rd iced coffee was just ice coffee, ice and a large amount of cream. This McDonald’s needs to work on their listening skills, professionalism and customer service. I am very disappointed and the store as a WHOLE needs to do better.

Takes forever to get ordered and served inside. They focus all employees towards the drive-thru. They Forgot a sandwich for my granddaughter had to go back and wait again. Very disorganized franchise. Watched a guy return his coffee because it was full of coffee grinds. They told him next fresh pot would be 15 minutes. He returned all his food for a refund. Sunday 5.22

I ordered food here twice both totaling in $60+ dollars and everything was cold and just thrown in the bag like if animals were being feed. I don’t even think animals are fed in such manner. The staff is very unprofessional and the girl taking my order did not give me total attention when taking my order because she was too busy having side conversations with other staff member regard to candy instead of their work. Speaks volumes on why it was so dirty and unorganized behind the counter. I guess their job is to come to work to have side conversations and not actually work. A district manager should go in a fire half that staff and hired people who value their jobs and respect the customer. Very unprofessional to eat a hand full of candy and talking to co-workers while taking someone order. A large order at that. Filthy place and unprofessional staff. The only staff that came out to help was 1 gentleman who was very polite and tried his best to serve me properly. Even so I left with half of what I paid for. District manager go save this place.

Some of the staff can be friendly. Unfortunatelythe burgers tend to be raw.i have taken them back and I have called in to tell them but they look at me like I'm just complaining. There has been sometimes when the order is actually right and food is good, hit and cooked. But that doesn't happen every time 😕

It's mcdonald's brenda!!! Who works there for more than just the check? It shouldn't be a life long career choice.
Idk I have been through that. Maybe it's one of the sandwich made to order.
They always forget my Big mac Sauce that i pay extra for. And when or if they do remember... Its the tiniest amount...if im paying for it damn give me at least 2 squirts! Lol And they are always out of sauces... But other then that... My food has never been incorrect.
Sometimes they do that I knocked on the door once and they woke up.
