Went to Public Storage today. I will be honest, I was not looking forward to it. It was late in the day and it was already so hot outside and I thought this place is going to be so hot today and the people usually at these places aren't very nice or they just usually hate their jobs. I have to say my family and I were very surprised when we went into this location and left very happy. First of all the location I am referring to was 5760 Bunker Hill Garland, Tx. The people here are very nice. To be specific Laurie & Judy that were the ones that helped us out today. These Two are The Nicest Ladies And you can tell they really just enjoy doing a good job. Second the inside of the place was so clean and everything was very easy to do. Paper work very quick and Laurie even walk is around the inside and gave us a tour of the facility and it was very pleasant. Walked us right to our unit and answered all our questions and gave us a great deal on a 10x10 unit with Climate Control. Most of these in door places have a terrible Musty smell to a terrible Odor but this place absolutely did not have that Problem at all. Everything was great and even saw how secure each unit was plus they have 24 Hr. Camera access and they keep it that way 7 days a week. I wished more place were this easy and secure. We needed to move out of our unit late March but was billed for April due to an oversight. However, I spoke with Kaylie who oversees a few Public Storage locations and had a great experience getting it resolved through her efforts. Most impressive was that she followed through and told me exactly what she was doing to resolve and then called me several days later to confirm all was resolved in my account. Kaylie made a real impact for the customer and that is something we need more of in the service industry. Thank you Kaylie!
