Smoking section felt like Satan's den. Hot terrible and the food workers attitude Sucked! Thur night session 6/2. Terrible attitude and her hygiene safety practices stunk as well( such as delivering someone's food and coughing on it twice, then rubbing her butt on the way back to kitchen. I watched her for 10 min after that and she never washed her hands. I will never eat there

Tonight, I had my 2 service/support dogs with me. One of the lady in a blue shirt who worked there approached me in a very demeaning way and said I needed to show her proper documentation for having my service/support dogs in the establishment . I told her that my documentation is in my phone and needed some time to get my documentation loaded so I could show it to her. The lady in the blue shirt was very impatient and she did not even give me time to retrieve my legal documentation. She was yelling at me and harassing me to hurry up and show her the documents. The lady in the blue shirt did not believe me that I have 2 service dogs. I proceeded to tell her that I do have a physical Registration card with my name as the handler and my 2 service animals names plus the Registration ID number on it. I put the Registration ID card on the table for her to see while I continued loading my legal documents to show her proof on why I needed my service dogs with me. After the lady looked at my registration Card, she proceeded to throw my Registration Card at me and started walking away. I voiced to her that it was very rude and disrespectful of her to throw my card at me which could have hit me or my disabled mother that was sitting right next to me. I decided to exit the establishment with my two service dogs and my mother since at this point I was being harassed and I did not feel safe when she threw my card at me. We exited the establishment followed by the officer and the lady. I explained to the officer about the incident especially with her harassment of the paperwork and throwing my card at me. When the officer was present the lady changed her narrative, and lied to the officer saying that I can have both dogs in the establishment just as long as they have the correct vest. What took place inside the establishment before the officer came was a different scenario. I did tell the officer that the lady harassing me and throwing my ESA registration card at me was uncalled for and by doing so triggered my anxiety and a panic attack. Also, I called Mesquite Police Department non emergency number 6 times to file a police report & the operator that picked up every time told me that all Officers were busy and could not take my police report over the phone. The police department operator said to me that someone will call me back. Hours went by and no one called me back from the police department. I proceeded to go a different route to get my police report filed. I truly believe since the officer that worked in the Bingo Hall is from the Mesquite Police Department, my calls to file a police report was disregarded. If you or any loved ones have a service animal, this is not an establishment you want to support at all. I would not recommend coming to this Bingo Hall and giving them any of your money.

Great place to go for enjoyment they play up to $699.00 on pull tabs. As you know it's a gamble if you get the lucky ones on pull tabs. I love this place.

Helpful friendly staff, willing to explain how the different games are played. Other players were helpful as well. Good fun. Plus they have a smoking area separate from the non smoking. Recommend it if you are interested.

The employees wear masks at all times you have to wear masks if you're walking around the bingo hall I don't think you have to wear a mask if you're seated at a table but the chairs are 6 ft apart.
