Fast, friendly, and courteous. We took back items we did not use on our deck we built. Customer Service associate was very polite and processed our return quickly and efficiently!! That's why I only shop at Lowe's.

The Lowes in Paris, TN was an excellent stop for me. I’m actually a truck driver and I delivered a load of lumber here. Joe and Trevor both were great people with amazing attitudes and very helpful with unloading the lumber. They deserve recognition for their superior service and I hope someone gives them praise for it. Thanks Joe and Trevor!

Typical home improvement store that has just about all you will need at decent prices. Delivery free within certain distance if you don't have truck. Some staff is knowledgeable, others not so much really. Staff can be rather slow in different departments and leave you hanging. Love the veteran parking spots. Small token goes a long way. I've knocked them down a star after my recent trip and thought about taking it down to one. Went to buy a grill. The newer guy who helped me I thought did a good job. I was walking out on two separate occasions when I was told were getting it now just, insert reason. The issue I believe is failure of leadership and a support chain. That's what I seen. Not once in the 2 hours I spent waiting for a grill did the manager come to speak with me or nothing. He left his team hanging. Complete failure on his part.

Most days I go there, everyone is wonderful. Lady at customer service acted like I was bothering her. Being that we have spent almost $45,000 rebuilding our home and spending most of it at Lowes, it was a bit unnerving.
