I love this place. My last visit was on Memorial Day. Place was really stacked up. But Take 5 personnel never broke a sweat. They ably handled the bottleneck and were NICE in the process. I realized the stack-up was due to it being the end of the month: lots of people putting it off til the last minute. Plan accordingly!

The guys were beyond patient and helpful. They walked me through everything that they were doing. They made sure I was aware of every repair and informed of why it was needed. Excellent service.

I’ve used this place many times and they’ve always been quick and professional. This last time I went it took an hour and a half (usually takes like 30-40 minutes even when they’re busy), and the guy helping me at the front wasn’t super friendly. Also, the $100 for an oil change seems steep.
