I was out in that area yesterday and the station was open. As far as I know it hasn't been effected by the metro updates taking place.

It closes around the same time as the other stations do, around weekdays about 2AM. Weekends possibly around 12am

Yes but they charge $7 for daily parking

No you can't, it has no transfer point, but if you go to king street olde town metro station, you can transfer to AMTRAK from there
