Super nice two bedroom. Very large room with lots of space! Free parking on-site. And it's right across the street from the metro. You can walk to the water an find Very nice restaurants on the way.the kitchen is full stocked with all the cooking ware you would ever need. It's ou favorite place to stay in DC!

Hotel is nicely located. It's trying to bill itself as a resort but it's really not... It's missing a nice pool, restaurant and bar. It does have some club like features on the main floor nicely done. The rooms are well equipped for rental your basic vacation condo but a bit dated. Hotel is still running under COVID-19 policies for housekeeping which was a surprise for me.

Lamar, Marquita, and John went ABOVE and beyond for us during our short stay in DC. They pulled out all the stops to ensure that my fiance and I were comfortable and had everything we needed for a beautiful stay. Our experiences staying in 10+ other Wyndham locations has varied. After our weekend trip to DC my fiance and I both agree that the Alexandria Wyndham is BY FAR the greatest we have stayed in. The best part is that it is located directly on top of the DC Metro, making getting in and out of DC a breeze. It is also positioned perfectly at the beginning of the iconic and historic King Street, which we ventured up and down multiple times. Don't waste your money staying at an overpriced hotel in DC; instead, stay in Alexandria's Wyndham.

Very hard to find this resort if not familiar with the area, as it is located behind another building. Room are spacious and clean. Staff are pleasant, but not prone to "go the extra mile" for service. No pool, but has an excellent fitness center.

Yes you can't If you are staying in Alexandria at Wyndom there is a free bus that will take
Yes. the king street station is a block away. it's the superpower of this hotel.
Yes, it's a great location. As others have said it's a short walk across the street to Metro, yellow and blue lines. Nice shuttle goes from metro station down King Street to the river.
Whole Foods is 3 blocks. Trader Joe's is just under a mile.
I don't about valet. The self parking is underground and free while you stay there
There is a trolley in Old Town that is run by the city. If you are coming from the airport it is best to take the subway and get off at the King Street Station.
