Today I visited Yates to get my car cleaned and Lorena did an excellent job on cleaning my job inside out. She took such good care of cleaning my car. I moved to the Arlington, VA area 7 months ago and I couldn’t find a car wash place. But after Lorena’s excellent customer service and going above and beyond for my car I will definitely come as a regular. Lorena needs to get promoted! I am very impressed with her work. I paid almost $300 for the master detail service on my fairly clean (no kids, under a year) bmw sedan. I picked it up to find several areas of my car dirty and literally untouched by their crew. Don’t waste your money.

Every single time I get my car wash! This is a “MUST GO TO YATES”….North Henry Street Alex VA. The employees are Magnificent (BEATRICE) is my star. She saves me every time. My car vehicle looks like a brand new car driven off the car lot!!! Management is awesome too! The car I drive in becomes a vehicle on the way out. It’s nothing like a clean polished vehicle. “KUDOS” to who created the idea, the owner and all the staff. A great TEAM. God bless you all!!!!

Amazing attention to detail. Left my car spotless inside and out. Also love that they actually do the vacuuming for you unlike many car washes in DC area which make you vacuum yourself.
