I have previously had excellent service with Yates, but I was disappointed by the Signature Car Wash I got today. Most of the staff were polite. However, the person in charge of the interior cleaning literally yelled at me because I didn’t understand his directions. In terms of the actual cleaning: Not all of the grime in the outside of my car was removed, and the interior vacuum was likewise incomplete. For a $43.00 car wash, I expected more.

Benjamin and Tim/Jim/Phil (can’t remember his exact name) were very helpful! Benjamin recommended the Interior Detail ($159), including shampooing, to thoroughly clean the seats. Tim did a wonderful job cleaning the car. I think the work they did was a great value for the money. This is a great place with friendly and courteous staff. I recommend it.

this place had the best reviews in the area so i thought I'd come through for a simple exterior/interior wash. The exterior drive through wash was easy enough, but then I sat in line outside for over an hour waiting for my interior vacuum. The cars currently being vacuumed were just left unattended for long periods so the line wasn't even moving. by that time my car had just air dried with water spots all over it. If someone had just told me ahead of time there would be a wait for interior cleaning/exterior dry, I would have been more understanding but the wait was absolutely ridiculous for what in my prior experiences elsewhere had always been a quick 10 min job. I didn't want a detailing just a simple wash+dry, and I was severely disappointed

I took our gloss black SUV in for a detail and wax plus an upgraded interior detail. The carwash manager, Nathanial, said "your SUV will look better than when you picked it up at the showroom". He was totally right. He is a master and an artist when it comes to detailing. Our SUV looks perfect. I've never seen a black vehicle with absolutely no swirl marks, and the inside is shiny and spotless. The price was reasonable, and I can't say enough about the great job that Nathanial and his crew did. As an aside, I noticed, too, that Nathanial is very supportive of his team which is likely a factor in how well they all work together. Our Porsche Cayenne looks awesome, and with a shortage of cars because of chip shortages and shipping delays, I'm glad that I have an SUV that I can hold on to because I know that Nathanial at Yates Kingstowne Car Wash will keep looking great as long as I own it
