They ignore your messages, requests, tickets, anything and everything until you confront them. Then you get minimal service. It's really eye opening and I'll absolutely never rent from this company again.

Doesn’t even answer the phone??? We moved out of a complex this company managed in seattle and everything was kosher. They were renovating the unit. We even got our deposit back. Low and behold that this company flagged us as OWING them when we try to apply for an apartment! What?! Does someone have contact info for this company?? We need to move ASAP and unless we get this squared away, we’ll be out of a house!

This has to be the worst group I've dealt with. I moved out of my apartments with it completely cleaned up and empty yet months after I received a negative mark on my credit for a collection unpaid due to furniture bring left in the apartment. I asked for any evidence of this as they claimed pictures were taken but none were available for me to see. So I still paid in full this charge of $1600 and its been 3 years and they have not wiped it clean or taken the collection off or maked as paid. I can't get a new place now due to this situation and tho I have a good paying job, I'm left without a home to go to. I'm in hotels spending all my money on them until these people actually respond to my numerous emails phone calls and reviews now. This has to be the most unprofessional group that is in business

Peter at Eastlake 2851 is amazing! This was like the tenth apartment I'd seen in a week, and it was by far the best service I received. He showed me the entire building (which included a lot of amenities), answered all my questions, and worked with me throughout the day to find the absolute best lease agreement possible. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to move in to the newly renovated studio I'd picked out, but I'm hoping that something similar will be available when I'm back in Seattle - Thank you Peter!
