My own doctor recommended I go to ROC to get my chronically broken elbow looked at. I made the appointment, explained it was a broken elbow. Waited two weeks to see someone who told me —We don’t have anyone who specializes in elbows, so we recommend somewhere else. The whole visit took less than 20 mins start to finish, and they told me nothing I didn’t already know—and now they want $220 because I “came in and saw someone.” Only because they tricked me into coming in for an injury they couldn’t treat! ROC are major scammers and very much a part of what’s wrong w health care costs in this country. I’m currently pursuing every option for complaint filing but keep being told to just pay it. This, I guess, is how they get away with it. Will be writing to my legislators next. Stay away from this place! Go to the place they referred me to instead: Summit.

Dr. Ballards office was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It's hard to get through to the office but once you do it's amazing. Dr.Ballard was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction for physical Therapy which helped out so much. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Ballard to anyone including my family.thank Dr.Ballard!

Dr. Hanzlik was on time, efficient, and gave me helpful advice for ways to maintain activity during my injury and recovery period. He listens to and takes into account your priorities for treatment and your desired outcomes. It's very helpful that X-rays and MRI are in the office or in the larger facility, so it's a one-stop shop. ROC staff was very friendly and welcoming.

All the ladies (reception, nurses, X-ray techs) are such sweet & caring people . Dr. Hanzlik is the best! He is blessed with a great & awesome “bedside manner”. Always has time to discuss in full, all options & path to take for recovery. The same for John Boyle! What a wonderful young man he is. Can’t say enough good things about ROC in Oregon City!!!
