This is an older mobile home and residential RV park in a quiet, country-like setting across from the Willamette River between Oregon City and Canby. Neighbors are friendly. A great little spot.

All the neighbors seem to get along and never complain.The groundskeeper/maint. guy a Llways helpful and courteous and the owner seem to really care about the poeple that live there.Slight problem with parking though.

$530 a month and that includes water septic and garbage...there is a 20 Lbs limit on a dog...great place to live
