Today I brought my 4 year old son into perfect look for a haircut. It was only going to be his 2nd haircut and He as terribly nervous. Lawrence and the lady at the counter were so patient and kind while he was absolutely not ready to be worked on. It ended with us going home but I will def. be coming back. There was no pressure and my son left saying that they were nice and he would come back in " 5 weeks". lol. Thank you for your patience and kind nature.

The hairdresser I worked with told me my hair cut doesn't look symmetrical but to the eye it looks good, mid fifties lady with brown hair. Also she seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. Do NOT recommend.

Great hair cut on my 4 year old, he enjoyed chatting with the hairdresser. She was very patient as he moved around, it was cute to watch. I appreciate it so much and we will be back next time

I had an appointment with Misty at 4, she wasn't ready and asked if she could call me when she was ready. I said that was fine and then received a call at 4:28. I wanted an A Line like I already had, but I didn't want any cut off the front. I even offered pics, but she told me to put them away because A Lines were her favorite and she knew what to do. Unfortunately she hacked my hair into a short bob! And she cut about 3" off the front even though I said I wanted to keep the length in the front. My hair was so short that it was above my chin. It looked so horrible that I wanted to cry. I called the next day and explained my situation so they set me up with a fix up appointment with Lila in Milwaukie. I then learned that I was also supposed to be getting a wash with the price of my haircut. Lila was surprised at how bad my haircut was and took pics. There wasn't much she could do because my hair was already very very short, but she did make it look like a bit more of an A Line. I was told that she'd vogue for me to get a refund considering the poor quality of the haircut and the fact that I didn't get my hair washed. Well, I never got a call about the refund so I called a week later to check in and still haven't received a call back or a refund. It's been a little over two weeks now. I'm not desperate for cash, I just want to be treated right! Thank God hair grows.
