Head to Toes does not have a telephone that anybody answers...for years. Their messaging must not be working either, because nobody ever returns a call. I've tried several times over the past two years or so, and silly me finally got it! Nobody who works there is interested in new clients, and unlike professionals, they won't even tell you, and let you waste your time waiting for a callback. Just rude.

This place is a joke. Don’t even bother trying to book an appointment. I have called five times to try to book an appointment and no one ever answered. I went to the location and no one answered the door.

I have been coming here awhile now because my stylist and nail tech are both here and I would follow them almost anywhere but this building is run down. There are birds nesting in the ceiling as pictured. This is just unsanitary. The room also has no air conditioning and was unbearably hot. In the winter I noticed it had no heat, I can't understand why a business would allow this.

Katie was easy to get into see, made suggestions going along, very efficient with the foil process. Maybe took more off in a trim than I expected, but am not disappointed in her services.
