My room wasn't ready when I got there. I was at least an hour late for check in but the bed in my room wasn't made up. The security lock was hanging on my one screw out of the four. There was another lock but the one that folds over to keep the door from opening was busted. The "hot" breakfast was only hot if you put the items in a microwave(oatmeal packets, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast wraps) or used the waffle iron they had. There was no daily cleaning. By the time I left I had 4 bags of trash tied up. If I needed to put the trash can outside to be emptied that should have been stated at check in. At some point during the night the whole AC system would shut down. I woke up every night sweating and hot after going to sleep under the covers with the AC going. The people I was visiting was freaked out when they found out where I was staying. I have no idea what that was about except to be told that it was in a bad neighborhood. The highlight of my stay was the bed. It was very comfortable. The sheets were bleached. I could smell the bleach in them. The pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. I also enjoyed the shower. I won't be returning to this hotel when I'm visiting Indy next year.

Size of suite was HUGE! My kids loved the extra space! However the suites do not have an elevator. Luggage has to be carried up a very steep and tall staircase. We enjoyed the separation from the rest of the hotel. The room also wreaked of smoke BAD! Not ideal for 3 children. Amongst checking out all of our belongings had smelt like smoke. Considering it’s “smoke free”?? We even found soap in the ac unit, trying to cover smell?? Aside from those few things we really enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with how much room we got for our money compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Also the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in BY FAR! The sheets were So so so soft! The jacuzzi tub was such a nice bonus being able to relax after a long day of walking! Would recommend this hotel for sure!

I've stayed at worst but I've definitely stayed at better. It's in a sketchy area. The parking lot was filled with a distinctive odor from the several people relaxing in their cars. The room itself was mostly clean and looked nice at least. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot. The view stinks. Whatever breakfast was advertised isn't true anymore. It's grab and go with fruit and some sugary junk. It's all in the name of Covid but I don't see anyone discounting rooms because they're not serving a real breakfast anymore.

Although the hotel looked really nice at first after further investigation both beds in our rooms were infested with bed bugs! Be sure to check your room before getting settled. The front desk person was very nice and apologetic.

This is a really nice quiet place. My husband and I stayed here for a week last July. We were able to walk downtown to the Stat Library, and to eat just a few minutes from the hotel. Be sure to look for the Indy Park and Recreation Canal Walk it is stunning also a few minutes from this hotel.
