What a worthless office. These have to the the laziest state workers alive. They cant even answer their phones. You cant even stay on hold and wait for somebody to answer. I hope they all lose their jobs, end up needing services from this office, and nobody answers them when they need it so they can see what its like.

I’ve called several times and have been hung up on or just been waiting on the phone 1+ hours, horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced and rude people.

Man I have a hard time with this office never fails. These workers are burnt out. I have never had a smooth experience here. The workers do not want to help people, they are so emotional and upset with the people that come in seeking help, we are at the lowest point in our lives and these people could careless! I've been told I made too much to collect child support, not tanaf, regular child support, I was told I made too much to get help moving when I didn't even make a thousand a month for two people. I have no faith in the workers of this office, they tell you one thing and do the other. 0 out of 10, please do an overhaul of this office. PS send everything to the main Tacoma office, that's the only way you will get any type of help.

Helpful resource for when times are tough good case workers, the good ones work hard for you, and work hard on your case, stamps are valuable there, you can apply for disability Social Security income, tons of resources for single parents with children, tons of resources for families with children that are just having a hard time, resources for drug addicts seeking help to get their life back on track, resources for co-occurring disabilities such as mental disorders.

You can in Texas. But it is noted. You would want to apply for them if you move to a different state. It's my understanding that the funds existing are transferred over to the new state, but with a delay. I cannot speak for Oregon.

A lot of times its because you missed a mid certification review. Call the office and usually you can do it over the phone right then and there. Or you can go into the office and they should be able to help you and get your food stamps back within the next 24 hours or less. I hope this helps.
