I previously gave a poor review. However...today manager Jessica called me and really listened to me. I felt my concerns were heard, cared about, and are being handled properly. The issue with my gym keyfob (which has been a huge irritation) is being handled and I'm happy to be able to get to the gym! My app got fixed and I easily scheduled my gym times for the next month!

It has been more than a year because guess what!? Its summer again. They told us they were finally gonna send someone to look at our air conditioner but they never came. It is gonna be 100 degrees tomorrow and today only 87 and we are still dying of heat. Other than that, I would say we like it here. Oh yeah and they wont come and fix our dishwasher

When I applied and was approved they DID NOT tell me that the holding fee is not refundable if I choose not to sign a lease. They tell you after the fact. Horrible way to scam a person who is searching for apartment, out their money. Would not recommend applying here unless you know for sure you're going to move in.

rent was 1615 for a 3 bedroom 1 bath. move out costs 150 dollars for carpet cleaning. i was told by the manager not to worry about it because its usually cheaper for them to do it. my wife and sister spent 2 days cleaning the place but they decided to charge 175 for them to also clean. and they decided to paint for some reason. 3 gallons worth. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Mary was super great though, she got one fee removed because even she thought we shouldn't have to pay it
