So far my experience has been lovely and very positive. The staff was very helpful in getting me into the right unit. The apartment is beautiful, clean and all appliances are in working order. It’s quiet yet close to everything. Iris, Izzy and Sonya have been great to work with through the process. I look forward to staying here for a good while. :-)

Riverside 900 is a terrible place to rent. I'm sick of the disrespectful staff. After making sure I could get in and out from the snow, they made it impossible for me to park in my spot and then made extremely rude comments to me as I was getting my granddaughter out of my Jeep. EVIDENTLY the large man who supervising the landscaping staff thinks this is ok. It's the 3rd time he's done something rude like this. Evidently our manager condones this. I've reported him before this. I'm moving as soon as possible. Two months ago they had my Jeep towed from my additional parking $620 to get it out of impound and 3k in lost revenue for the 4 days it was gone. If you get upset with being mistreated, they make every attempt to mischaracterise your repsonse as unreasonable in order to deflect attention from their incrediblely and increasingly poor service and mistreatment of their residents. Ive lived here for two years....I draw the line at being blatantly disrespected. Absolutely atrocious management!!!
