Parking is limited. U get what u get. Not able to "request " anything. No parking garage. But minimal cover. 1 car in lot, and ur other car is forced to be in an over crowded overflow lot
Certain apartments do come with a covered spot but not all.
There is covered parking, but I believe you pay an extra monthly amount for it.
