I understand that KFC is changing their recipe for the extra crispy. It isn't as crispy as it used to be, something I've seen from 3 different stores. This location needs to stop mixing the ingredients between the two different franchises. Their KFC chicken comes out with a duller flavor than other locations, a side effect of mixing the oil and flour from the Long John Silvers side. However, I give them a star over other KFCs because they actually gave me the pieces I asked for the first time, which other locations have a hard time doing (because they don't pay attention).

Great food. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Every time I come anywhere near Baltimore I stop to this restaurant. The food here beats anything on the Eastern Shore hands down.

Food was dried up and didn't give me all that I ordered. Second time they have messed my order up. They only have drive thru. Never have paper for receipts. Awful business
