People are friendly, the park manager is professional, and maintenance keeps the ground's clean and sharp. It is all around a very nice community.

I have lived in CMP since 2013 and just moved out in June 2021.....I enjoyed our time there. We had great neighbors and never had issues with stealing or vandalism. Most of the houses are kept up to park standards.....like any other parks....a few take advantage of their situation and let their weeds grow and fences fall......I loved walking to the stores and always felt safe.

I spend 2 months a year here with my son. They have a brand new manager. She was outside working on fallen trees from ice storm. Seems to be hands on. The park is older but most homes are kept up

We DO have rv storage but you have to be a resident here and it costs extra added to your space rent. I've lived here for years and have stored my boat trailer in the rv storage area until I sold it. I'd be moving out soon if it wasn't for the fact that I signed a 15 year lease and that protects me from the yearly rent increase.

No they do not... If u can get someone to live with u n be on the lease their not that on it tho .. my dad loved there awhile in my brothers park n he a sex offender
No. You have to buy the mobile home that is already here or if there is an empty space, you can buy a new mobile home and have it moved here. The space rent is pretty high in my opinion, though. We pay upwards of $700 a month depending on our water usage. Water and garbage is added to our rent bill each month.
