Very polite staff, and the facility is very clean. Lots of benefits and kickers to entice you to want to come back. Efficient draw and well trained competent employees.

Had a very positive experience during my first donation here today!! The first time donor sign up process was time consuming, but I got through it and was in the chair donating in no time!! Michael, Eva and Ben were very helpful getting me through the process and the rest of the staff were attentive and helpful in making sure I was comfortable :) and did I mention I got $100 just for one donation??? Will definitely make it a habit to come here to help save more lives

I have been donating plasma for almost 8 years, and have been to every plasma company at this point. I have never had a better experience than I’ve had with OctaPharma. The staff is experienced and compassionate, and the whole process is streamlined, that I’m typically finished with the whole procedure before I would even be through the line at other centers.

This is a disheartening tragedy how individuals at this location have lost site of compassionate Care. Possibly there twisted understanding of how to care for patience have eroded over the years. But it's still if you're unfortunate enough to come to them when in need, don't expect empathy care or even anything that resembles hospitality. The staff have lost along their way that care for their patients is untmost important first priority as they definitely put compassion at the bottom of their mission.

As of 2/11/22, your first 7 are $100 each. After that it's between $60 and $75, according to your weight and # of visits. No less then 60 no more then 75. Here is the kicker: More often than not your donation time is less then 90 min. From in the door, until out.
I think new donors get paid $100 for their first 7 visits and then they're paid based on a weight class. Those range from $50 to $75. Weighing more gets more money because you can give more plasma.
Something with your address on it. ID when I was signing up I was asked for Picture ID and mail with my name on it. SSI number and proof of covid vaccines .medical questions and medications. Some meds you can’t give plasma just saying first time takes aprox. 2-3 hrs screening process And plasma drink plenty of fluids day before and 3-4 hours before donation eat healthy. I know u asked 1 question sorry I just want to make sure your plasma is a success
Wait a week from your last day of donating.
You can switch locations, it's a fairly simple process
So if they close at say 7pm then it's 7pm if it's 5pm then it's 5pm
