I have an automatic entry gate that started squeaking and operating less than perfectly. I called All About Doors to ask if they could help me, knowing I was probably a bit out of the box as far as jobs go. They were game to help. Trevor travelled to Brooks and not only eliminated the squeak but made sure all aspects of the gates worked perfectly. Where this story takes an incredible turn, is the discussion about my garage doors. I am in the middle of having my entire house resided and the soffits improved with tongue & groove cedar. I planned to paint my garage doors to match the house, so as to remove any attention to them. Trevor threw out the idea of having the garage doors match the soffits. The picture shows how the lighting highlights the soffits but the doors do nothing for the house. Trevor is drawing up not only the quote, but some garage doors plans with and without windows and with either vertical or horizontal cedar. Brilliant suggestion of Trevor's and one I plan to run with; adding an element to enhance the house that I never thought could have come from a garage door. I called and Steve was great and he tried to troubleshoot the issues with me over the phone, but I needed someone to come out and take a look. He told me the flat rate is $148 and specifically told me other company typically charges between $50 to 60 and might seem cheaper at first but then their technician will charge you by the hour and will end up costing you more. I agreed, so went with their company. The technician came out next day and after a thorough check up, he does not think there is anything wrong with my garage door. On top of that, he also lubricated my garage door rails and hinges Even though there wasn't any major issues, he still has to charge me the $148 due to company policy. I agreed to the price, but in my mind I was hoping that he was at least able to offer some discount! He told me, he's unable to do that. 1 business days after posting this review, I received a call back from Steve, he was courteous and professional and is willing to remedy the situation and offer me a discount, even though he doesn't have to. Trevor also came out and spoke to me in person and personally handed me the refund. They have definitely gone above and beyond to remedy the situation and I'm shocked and amazed with them as a company! Definitely my #1 place to go for any future Garage related stuff
