Me and my husband recently moved to the Aberdeen area and I made appointments for both my husband and me 2 months ago. I was schedule for my appt on 17th of Jan and they called me on 10th of Jan to tell me that they don't take patient on Mondays. So I ask when are they rescheduling me and she stated that the next day wasn't until March because I'm a new patient. I stated that it's not my fault and I need to be seen I've been waiting 2 months already and I need Medications refilled. She didn't care and she was budging and refuse to reschedule sooner. I cancelled my husbands appt. I wouldn't recommend this facility at all they very incompetent.

Competent Staff. Easy to deal with. Don't count on getting a prescription refill via fax through your pharmacy. If their fax machine is offline, it will get lost in limbo. Good people, but I feel like they are overwhelmed by the volume of people they have to see.

I have never dealt with such a dysfunctional medical clinic in my entire life up till now! Their appointments, even for regular patients, are usually at least a couple months out! If you are new, expect it to be more like 6 months wait! And they are terrible with prescription refills! I have been on the same meds for over 10 years, yet it is like pulling teeth to get them to approve them, even when the pharmacy faxes them about it! I still have to wait for days and days, then call the clinic myself and get militant about it with them before they get them approved! And, not once have I ever had a real genuine doctor see me. Nurse Practitioner at the best! And most times, you'll see someone different every time you go there. They have roving nurses that are floated around to the different clinics. It's a crap shoot what you are gonna get when you go there!

Worst office I have ever been to. Your only allowed one problem. Appointments are usually a month+ out. Waiting room always packed. Expect your appointment to be at least a half hour late. Usually more. The doctors try really hard but are given only a short rope. Also the violate minor patients rights by not adhering to mature minor doctrine.
