You can pay your city refuse bill online but you have to pay on site at the recycle dump site
Depends on area for garbage, same for recycle,but recycle only goes every other week and next week is recycle week. Garbage truck is out there Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

At the Thurston county transfer station, yes. Under 10 bucks for up to 300 lbs. No invasive weeds like ivy or blackberrys, or dirt and sod. Bushes without rootballs and branches and grass clippings cool

I stopped in the office today, Tuesday, to ask if they were closed on Saturdays. I was told the office is closed Saturdays but the dump is open 8:00 - 4:00.

Yes, you go through the dump gate and get weighed and then go unload it. Its $10. Per 200#. However, alot of people would take your scrap wood to burn, you could place a free ad.
You can go through the transfer station. There is an additional cost per tire and rim depending on the size.
