Great 1 mile trail through the woods. Also a covered picnic area and playground.

It would be better if they would fix the trail already. They bridges have so much for on them and are pretty wobbly which is far from safe!! It's just a shame because the trail is the main part of the park :(

Rich in biodiversity and a wonderful place to get lost and admire the smaller things in life. I myself was amazed by how interconnected everything was, in that it was evident by mere observation. I greatly enjoyed the area and can see why so many others speak so highly of it. Simply beautiful!

The trail itself is nice. In the sumer you have woodpeckers and evenings the hooting of owls echo out through the woods. For someplace so close to town it is beuatiful and serene. The park itself is usully covered in litter which is unfortunate

No it's first come first serve
The entrance is on Valley Rd at Stewart Creek
The park is named after James Malcolm Stewart, born and rised in Aberdeen, WA. The Aberdeen Library has some fascinating articles.
The grass park area is nice not crowded and we let dogs run the path watch for steep sides expect dirty paws 🐾
