The people are nice and attentive. But the parts are trash. I had to replace my tires 3 times within 1 week, their tire inventory is poor quality. Also there are no refunds or replacements after you make a purchase so you’re stuck with …Hi Wolfking, when you come to our shop, you asked the 2 tire size 20X1.35 for your a Biria folding bike and we explained to you we don’t have this tire in stock and told you we have 20X1.2 size in stock and will be compatible with your bike and you said yes, after couple days later you come back and you said I don’t like these tires and you want to replace with other tire. When the tires are used is not returnable, I try to help you asking why you don’t like these tires but your answer I didn’t like it, Kenda brand is the biggest manufacturer rubber company in China, if you say these tires is not good quality, please call them and tell them and they will happy to help you, I didn’t manufacture this tires and you are writing on your review all parts are trash, is not fair. I am giving this store 5 stars because of customer service. The Gentleman was knowledgeable and was very accommodating to us as we got there 45 minutes before closing and stayed past closing. He was honest about the cost to repair our bikes which were neglected. We appreciated his honesty.
