Servpro will come out and bill 15x the going rate for demo and provide no accounting until the are done and gone. They claim to have approval from your insurance company when they do not. They then place liens immediately. Avoid at all costs. Their general manager Teresa lies and claims she has insurance approval and proceeds to do work without owner approval. I have never worked with a more unprofessional demolition contractor. Our insurance company now recommends avoiding Servpro.

Theresa from Serve pro is the best in the industry in my opinion. I was completely frauded by a different restoration company. After hearing about my desperate situation, Theresa kindly came by and witnessed what was done to our home. She wrote up a report and fortunately because of her professionalism, we didn't have to pay over $117,500.00 to the company who stole all our belongings and didn't record any items for insurance reimbursement.
