We bought all our equipment and supplies from them since we opened in 2007. I have always enjoyed this store and their service. I called them today at 2:50 to find out if they had a part for our Hobart. By the time Chad came back to the phone it was 2:55. They had the part and when I said I would get over to pick it up, was told they were closing early (at 3) for the holiday - it's Wed, not Christmas eve. I have no car and said I would get an Uber or a taxi. I am less than 10 minutes away, but no one was willing to stay or talk to me about any arrangements. In fact, he hung up on me. I know they recently went under new management, and have to say that the customer service has gone downhill. I honor that tomorrow night is Christmas eve, but today is not a holiday! Sad that we will not be able to efficiently serve our customers over the holiday weekend without this part,

We drove by, doors open sign says open Monday through Friday. Had 60 dollars or more items in my hand, and would have bought more. Then a lady zoomed out of the office an announced that they were not open and unable/unwilling to take payment. She seemed very resentful that she had to be there, and practically pushed us out the door. Now I respect right to chang hours but change signage and lock the door. We may have wasted her time but , also we wasted ours.

Terrible customer service. Hard to get anybody to acknowledge that you are even in the store. Tried to find what I wanted elsewhere because nobody helped me the first 2 times I went in there but I ended up buying a cooler from them anyways because they are the only store in town. Very expensive. Salesman assured me cooler would work for years to come. 4 months almost to the day, cooler quits working. Call to see if they can fix it for me. All they tell me is "sorry but out of warranty" and tell me I have to call somebody to have it fixed. They refurbish equipment at their location but apparently they do not support or service anything. Unbelievable, no help whatsoever. Will never shop there again. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere even if you have to drive to Florida, it's worth it.
