The salesperson was a rude individual. He didn't think my husband should try on any sandles. Treated him like he was going to leave w/o paying. I think your salespeople need more training on customer service. Without customers there are no jobs.

This was my first time visiting Big 5. I was not impressed by the selection and I was definitely disappointed in the employee lack of knowledge-based when I asked about some of the products.

Engaged and honest management made business a pleasure. I bought some weights, only to discover that I could not use them. Because they were three very heavy boxes and I got help loading them into my truck when I bought them, I was concerned about whether or not the return would be accepted three weeks later. The management could not have made the returns more trouble free. I was impressed and will shop there again.
