Zach did an amazing job helping me out get a new pair of running shoes, socks and a roller for my feet. Really appreciate how helpful and polite all the employees were today. Zach helped me find a new shoes with scanning my feet and watching me walk as well to see what shoes would be the best option for me and was polite and professional. I’m surprised by how great he was at his job and understanding feet and weight. Felt like I was at an podiatrist with how knowledgeable Zach was. Would recommend coming to fleet foot over any other shoe stores if you’re looking for some new shoes.

Can’t recommend Fleet Feet enough for their customer service. In March I bought a pair of shoes after having my feet scanned. I had them time to break in (about 50 miles), but kept ending up with blisters despite various socks and blister protection etc. I went in to Fleet Feet today just to ask some questions, get some advice. Maybe I had the wrong socks, or they had better blister prevention ideas, or maybe I just had to give them more time. I wish I would have gotten the woman’s name to give her more credit (Kendall Yards store, glasses, pink Altra (I think) running shoes haha). Anyway she was determined to help me figure out the issue. She had me try on multiple pairs of shoes, has me jog around, felt where my toe/foot were poking over edge etc etc etc. She went the extra mile to make sure I left with shoes that wouldn’t bother my feet as much. Ultimately we found a pair a half size bigger with a slightly wider toe box. They felt better in store. I was able to do a quick 3 mile run to test them out and so far so good. My next long run will be the true test, but ultimately k could be happier with how Fleet Feet handles their customers.
