I made an appointment for my son just to get an ID which I scheduled 3 months ago and it still took us over an hour.

Bought a condo here. Love all the restaurants and shops down at the Global Market. Incredibly beautiful building! Downtown views are awesome and so much to do around here. New construction going up all around can't wait!

Nice Apartments but very poor Management. The half decent managers they've had don't last only the ones that look out for the bottom line do. Been living here 2 1/2 yrs and have had numerous issues. From water turned off on the wknds to keycards for the front enterance not working to packages being delivered to their 2nd floor office when there is practically no one there. They apparently "fixed" that issue by having the packages brought to a first floor room near the main office but can take anywhere from 15 mins to 1 hr to get someone to help you since every other time you come down to the office the door is closed. Hours are listed from 8-5 yet some days 12pm it's close others days 3pm it's closed. It seems Midtown Exchange Management wants you to work around their changing schedule. The most disappointing of issues is their lease renewal process. They send it 30-40 days before your lease is up and if a tenant is not happy with the rent increases they're 'stuck' for 30-90 past their lease end date because "we require a full 2 months notice before vacating" yet no where on the actual lease does it state what the rental rate will be if someone is stuck living there beyond their lease. Office employees tells you "well it's $100 more then whatever you currently pay and that's common knowledge." Common knowledge to whom? Where is it stated in the fine print? If you ever have issues the office will direct you to a regional manager and/or a regional director yet getting a call back is impossible cause it seems everyone at Sherman Associates (the owner of the property) is always at a training. So now in my case I'm stuck living here for an additional 89days past the end of my least date because they need "2 full calendar months notice" and dropping off a notice the 3rd of Oct is "too late" so essentially to hell with the remaining 28 days of this month. Smdh.

Iconic early 19th century american architecture. Infusion of the old and new. Great place to visit, step inside & it will surprise you.

I don't think they have one at this moment.
Yes, they do.
There may be, but you'll have to come, and check out the market. I can't be sure, so I won't give a definite answer.
Wat is open ???? Where are you asking?
