Overall, the apartment is in a great location for where I attend school. The espresso machine is probably my favorite part of the apartment. The only downfall of the complex is that it looks like a dorm. The furnishings are decent though. Sometimes packages get stolen, but besides that, I would recommend this place.

One of the coolest buildings in the area. The units are nice, and stylish modern furniture is included in the rent. Not only is it super convenient to campus, it’s also a short tree-lined walk to the river. And the light-rail and buses give you quick, easy access to downtown Minneapolis and the whole Twin Cities.Thank you, Stanley!
