The women in the office are lovely. They are just doing a job like everyone else in the world so obviously none of this is on them! Whoever owns the place is another story tho: the elevators never work, and the stairways are always filthy and smelly/stuffy. Homeless people sleeping in the entry way, overpriced, no amenities besides a gym. Off street parking is always full, and always with cars who don’t even have a pass. And street parking is minimal. The apartments themselves are nice, and big. But no balcony. All that and we’re still paying around a lil more than $1900(utilities+wifi included. Base rent is $1665)for a 2bed ONE bath. No utilities are paid either and it gets higher than you’d think. Might be worth it if there was a sauna or hot tub, or more parking. (There is underground but it’s $100 per spot). You can find something better. We were in a rush to find a place and I’m saying take your time. This one ain’t it. Plus it’s not the greatest neighborhood either. You can find everything this place has/is for a cheaper price

These apartments are a hidden gem. They have gorgeous layouts & everyone is super nice and helpful. The ladies in the office have been great from the tour to my lease renewal!

When I first moved in I was unsure how long I would be living at Minneapolis Grand. When I moved in it was loud and I felt a bit unsafe with the amount of people going in and out/propping the doors open. The environment from when I moved in til now(renewing lease) has completely changed. Savannah has done a great job getting the building together this past year and it has definitely not gone unnoticed. The building is calm, cleaner, feels more safe and I am so happy that I renewed my lease!
