Beautiful venue to see a performance! I loved being in the house at any show at mixed blood. Particularly for fringe- it has the best amenities :)

Excellent venue to see emerging live stage plays. While the facade looks old and weathered , don’t let the 19th century fire station fool you. This theater has great lighting, comfortable seating and in excellent HVAC to make your experience very comfortable. They have never served wine or alcohol when I have attended so bring a water bottle. Easy parking in the city lot across the street. Give yourself enough time to wait in line to pay for metered parking or, better yet, download the minneapolis city parking app so you can avoid the hassle if standing in line and head to the show.

Nice little venue, with no Parking, but limited off-site choices, in a sketchy area. Awkward facilities and mobility access.
