This is a high quality martial arts studio and I'm glad I got to train here while I was traveling. The instructors are knowledgeable and creative. The workouts are pretty good too. You get a mind workout too. There is training in all stages of martial combat.

MKG is the best gym I have been to. The classes and instructors are great, and the community you get to join is phenomenal. This place is a must try for all skill levels.

This is an amazing place with staff and students to match! I wish I would have started with this group years ago.

Can the kids also learn Jeet Kune Do or is it just for adults?

Epitome Frost | Aug 31, 2022
Minnesota Kali Group | Aug 31, 2022

Hi Epitome! The youth program class is where we will direct any kids age 7-13. Younger than that we don't have a class for them and older than that we would start to work them into the adult classes. The youth program does learn Jeet Kune Do as a part of their blended arts program along with all the other arts that we offer. Hope that helps!

Do you guys teach JKD

Yes we do! We teach both classical Jun Fan Martial arts - as Bruce Lee taught and trained the art, as well as the modern evolution's of the art through Guro Dan Inosanto. Check out a JKD class, and I would encourage you to stop by a Phase 1 class as well for an introduction to some of the modern iterations of JKD. Hope to see you in class!

How much is for per seminar ?

Benza Guru | Oct 31, 2017
Dex Winters | Oct 31, 2018

It varies quite a bit largely depending on the person the school is hosting. I have paid about $50 for a full day seminar. Another 2 day event was more like $175, but it was one that people came thousands of miles to attend. I have always felt each seminar was well worth it.
