Chad at Klink was very friendly and helpful in choosing a new bike for myself and my wife. We never felt pressured or rushed, and he was really committed to making sure we got the right bike for us. We were able to test a few different styles and sizes which made a huge deal it turned out. The free tube up is nice, and I was able to get a few accessories there as well. I'll definitely be returning to Klink.

Needed new tires on an old bike. Peugeot 10 speed from the 80s. Racing tires are fast, but I want to go a tiny bit off road on some trails. But still roll quick on the pavement. And Klink's had just the right tires! Continentals! (Just like I have on my car) Made the bike look wild. Took it off road, just a little. They're great! So are the guys at Klink's! Thanks!

This shop is a true gem! Both of these gentlemen were so kind and professional. They even held my bike a little longer because I brought it from storage and they could not get to it right away. They took care of an old seat problem and shocks and also helped with a great lock. Their customer service and attention to detail reminded me of when I was younger and my parents generation. THAT is something hard to find in the 21st century. Bravo Klinks Cycles!

I'm terrible at maintenance, and I'm frugal (or cheap), so I've dragged a lot of droopy bikes into the shops around Eugene. When I found Klinks shop, about 6 years ago, I didn't know what I wanted, so Michael helped picked out a bike for me. It was sturdy, fast, and versatile AND it didn't drain my bank account. It is by far the best bike I've owned, and it's been speedy and reliable for many years (thanks to Klinks tuneups as well). Even though I now live way out in Marcola, Klinks will always be my bike shop. I highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly experts, and quality/affordable bikes!
