Farr's is great for finding hard to get parts. Also they were the cheapest in town for my sliding glass door wheels!

Horrible customer service!!! Had them down to replace a part and service my pellet stove (stove was purchased from Farr's). I was given the impression that the part was under warranty for a year. It took over 2 months to get an appointment to get the auger part replaced to begin with. The weather was warmer when they finally made it down to replace the auger in my stove. I didn't use the stove for a few days because it was so warm. When it finally kicked on, it sounded like a metal ship tearing apart. I thought it just needed some break in time to get the grease, that is in the sealed unit, to get moving around and lube it up. Regrettably, the weather was so warm that I didn't see the stove run while in the room. It was only coming on maybe once during the very early morning hours. So, here we are with a faulty part. Contacted Farr's in person about the problem. I was told that it was not a problem, that they would make it right. I had to wait for someone to call to schedule an appointment. An appointment was made for a month later. Today, the day of the appointment, I get a phone call from Farr;s a little over an hour before my scheduled appointment, telling me that there will be a charge for someone to come look at the stove and for the part. We were over the 90 days for the part and that is all they allow for a warranty. It was barely over the 90 days when we scheduled the appointment to begin with, and they know that you don't use the stove during the summer. Horrible service!!!!! Don't trust anything that they say, they will lie through their teeth to milk more money out of you! STAY AWAY FROM FARR'S IF YOU VALUE YOUR DOLLAR!!!!!!!!!

Real quick! Had two keys made. Spent $20 only had$100 bill. No concerns to Farr. My money was good. I can't tell you how many times other businesses don't have change or just say can't cash my large bill($100). Thank Farr for you quick help and service. For also taking my large bill...Love you and will be back again and again
