I have always been treated respectfully by all the employees they're super nice. Their prices are posted. I've never felt I have been overcharged. This is based on a remodel and perhaps a dozen trips to the transfer yard within the last year. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the steep uneven approach to the unloading area.

Horrible service, horribly rude woman works there. I got charged for 4 yards of trash when I had 1.5 yards and the rest was clean cardboard (which I paid her $5 fee on). Turned a $35 dump run into $90
