I would love to give a shout out to Karen who works at this location. She is such an amazing lady that always has a smile on her face and greets us along with our fur babies. Thank you, Karen, for making our trips there quick and friendly.

Handy to have a place to recycle here in town, price keeps going up ($7 now). Attendant is very polite. Some waiting but not their fault if public is slow.

Always convenient.....even when the line is long it moves quick.

Kind of odd that I would see bad reviews for a disposal site, so it seems only right to share my good experiences with them. I've called, they've always answered, the woman is very succinct and and can answer quickly to the different types of disposals questions I've asked. I don't think the prices are unreasonable, and she was actually really considerate the first time I had to go to drop off regular trash. I didn't know that it was charged by bag and I had some heavy but not full ones, and she didn't charge the complete charge per bag, just an estimation of what it would be if the bags were full, which was very considerate. Recycling cardboard isn't a major moneymaker, so I also don't think the $5 fee is unreasonable, I just wait until I have my van packed to the gills with Amazon and Chewy boxes :)

What is a google stub, where do I find it and how do I access the info you shared in it?
No Shingelhouse does
As garbage, yes. It's not recyclable
Yes
Yes they sure are! Just a small fee and u can dump your garbage there. Maybe a little extra for bigger things like mattresses or appliances.
They will take a card or cash
No
Not there
The tree branches and hedge trimmings maybe. The wood chips and grass trimmings and the like are mixed with normal garbage, you would not be able to separate it. You would have to check with the gate house there about taking the branches/hedge trimmings.
Only #1 and #2 bottlenecks with no lids. No other plastics or plastic types
8 to 5 every day except Sunday and holidays
Take them to the transfer station in coos bay and you can get rid of them. Maybe cost ya a little but not much
Yes. It is generally billed by weight @ $96.00 per ton
Only corrugated brown cardboard with both the dump and les sanitation. No white cardboard and no thin cardboard
Yes, however it has become limited to bottleneck #1 or #2 plastics only. Milk jugs, creamer bottles, etc. No lids
