Overall very good service, our server was new and she did the best she could. By no means was it bad service, I believe it was truly a training issue more than anything else. Very polite but just not aware of how to use computers to place orders. I understand that as nowadays the screens are loaded with icons to press. Food was hot, presentation was good, so as a whole we were very happy and filled our stomach which was our goal.

Service was excellent. Restaurant was packed due to a major convention in town. Wait staff and kitchen handled things like a champ. Special kudos to Natalie. She made the trip tonight worth it. Her service skills are impeccable and rarely seen in wait-staff. Very attentive! Food was on point as well with the chicken fajita omelet and pancakes.

Placed this order online. It was supposed to be a curbside pick-up order. However, nothing was ready when we arrived. In fact, we had ordered 3 milkshakes that they would not make or refund. The whole experience was a "cluster" ...if you know what I mean. In summary, don't waste your time or money ordering anything from IHOP. (The 1 star rating was simply because 0 stars wasn't an option.)

This IHOP has absolutely terrible service. The girl that was waiting on us brought us our drinks and then went to talk to another table for about 20 minutes. Then we finally flagged her down and asked her to take our order. I had to ask for the water that I ordered to go along with my coffee. After she took our order she went back to that same table for about another 20 minutes or so to talk and show them pictures. The table behind us turned around and said that they were sorry for us because we got the same server that they did. We said well maybe she was new to give her the benefit of the doubt, but they said she is not. Apparently they eat there quite often and she has been there a while. She kept talking with that other table until someone finally told her that she had food up that needed to be taken out. When she brought the food to us, the ham and cheese omelet looked like a pile of eggs they had thrown together. The rest of the food was ok. We had to flag her back down to bring us condiments because she gave us our food and then started to walk off to that other table. She brought us our items that we asked for and then went back to the table with that she had been talking with. She was over there about another 20 to 25 minutes before she came to check on us. We asked for a box and our checks. Thankfully we were able to check out quickly and get out of there. If we go there again, we will ask not to sit in her section. It was awful!!
