Went in late night with a friend to grab a breakfast to go. The waitress was nice and suggested the chicken as I was not really ready for breakfast so I decided to try it. As soon as she called out a chicken to the Cook he looks like he did not want to do that order, I ordered my hash browns covered and smothered to add bacon and mushrooms and onions. With the biscuit inside a gravy. We got our food about 15 minutes later and headed back to the hotel. Once we got upstairs I discovered that my order was not correct and the chicken that was suggested to me it was tough and overcooked and not at all appetizing. I looked around for the phone number to the place so I can take my food back and get it correct order when I finally found it I called and the person that answered said that she is the one that cooked my food said that I had been there 3 hours ago. We were never given the check or a receipt but I was absolutely certain it had been only 45 minutes ago and I checked my messages and my Google location to prove that that was true. She refused to even think about refunding my money or correcting my order told me I have to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. I had to be at work the next morning I could not go in at that time so I'm basically out $20 for food I never ate. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the term customer service you don't argue with your customer on this lady clearly was arguing with me I will never go back to that restaurant again the food was deplorable. The cocky attitude of the cook about not wanting to cook my chicken in the first place and then the person that answered the phone who was not the man who was on the grill it was a woman was rude disrespectful and basically called me a liar. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere for this food.

Good breakfast. The coffee is delicious. I always get one to go. It is so much food that it's hard to eat it all. We feel the best deal is the All-Star breakfast. It comes with eggs, hash browns, a meat (bacon), toast and a waffle. They do not have warm syrup, or a microwave, so we always ask for warm syrup. The warm it up on the grill and bring it in a coffee cup. That's the only way to eat a waffle. We usually get the same waitress and she remembers what we drink and has it ready. Super nice people. The prices have increased like everything else. Only thing we don't like is they do not give you warm syrup. Today we went for breakfast and was surprised to find the restaurant was empty. Kind of strange for a Saturday morning. You would think the service would be great, not. We still had to ask for our waitress who took a break.

Autumn was our waitress tonight and she is the reason for the one star. She sat down while taking our order and said she wasn't in a hurry. Not even 5 minutes later she told us to pay because they were doing shift change and she "wasn't trying to be rude." I've never had a waitress so rude or impatient as Autum was tonight. So much for a birthday meal. The food was great. But waffle house needs to teach their waitresses how to do their job.

We enjoyed a lovely date night out to the Waffle House with coffee, pecan waffles, a juke box, and friendly service. We will be back soon as in possibly this next week. The tax is included in the price and for a large amount of food and drinks we were able to leave for about $10 a person. Clean, comfortable, and a delicious date night out at the Waffle House.
