This IHOP is not as good as the one at 31st and memorial! They take forever to wait on you and even to get your to go order ready and it's never busy so it shouldn't even take that long at all I would not recommend it

Waited for an hour for food / the silver ware was so dirty we took our food to go ,also table and seats were sticky.not going there again! Tried to give this place another chance but yea, now this building will be crossed off my list for good, WORST place in bixby, Oklahoma to go in the evening, I ordered a pablano omelet and the picture I attached is the way it was presented to me. She forgot I ordered food twice already and still she came back with a bunch of excuses for Terrible service. Ordered coffee the waited 1 hour to receive coffee after she forgot about that as well ,not ever going to waste my money. Not ever for this location, it should not exist.

Either you are an Ihopper or you aren't. Our service was good and the food came out quickly. This location is very clean and updated. Bathroom was clean as well. I really really miss the different flavors of syrup that used to be on the tables. My daughter loves their pancakes. I find them a bit gummy. Overall pleased. We wanted breakfast for dinner and that's what we got

Worst service ever. Our waitress left because her shift was over and left us to the other one. The other lady didn’t ever get our food and she abandoned us for a larger table. We waited 2 hours and then we decided to left. We only had 4 people never go here if you want decent service. You are better off not eating because at least you’ll know if your getting your food or not. I hope I never make the mistake of going here again.
