First time ever having a Whataburger. First impressions: Amazingly friendly staff! Very clean restaurant. The burger (tried as it comes, no changes) was large and flavorful, but I don't really like pickles and mustard on burgers. The fries were hot and fresh. The banana pudding shake was great! But the KETCHUP ... I have NEVER used an entire packet of ketchup that size before in my LIFE!! Plus I wanted more!! I am definitely going to buy some to bring home to the kids. No wonder they sell it!

My husband came to get us dinner and ordered me a chicken strip meal with an extra strip and gravy and ranch, when he got home and we got our food out I was missing my extra strip and both of my sauces. I called up there and they were super sweet and told me to come back by and they would replace my meal. We should've checked our order before leaving but wish they would double check items like this because we paid extra.

Forget this place!! Twice they've messed my order up at this location. Ordered fajita taco two separate occasions, both with extra vegetables for $0.60. Both times I didn't get any peppers, and only got about a teaspoon of diced onions. Its like extra to them means easy.

I stopped at the Sonic in South broken arrow to get a patty melt. The lady said they were taking a break from orders! So I decided to take a break from Sonic and come over here and get me a real patty melt! So glad I did! Thanks for the suggestion Sonic! Why settle for an indentation when you can have the real thing!
