The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! We were celebrating a birthday and Johanna A went above and beyond to make it a special day. She was very helpful with menu suggestions, prompt with drink refills and just overall a welcoming and accommodating server. We would definitely ask for her service again. We had fried Mac and Cheese for an appetizer. It was perfection! Our entrees were a lunch size Cobb salad, shrimp scampi, and jambalaya pasta. All were hot, fresh, and came quickly to the table. The bread was fresh from the oven. The cheesecakes were magnificent!! My husband had the pineapple upside down cheesecake, I had Adam's, and the birthday girl had the lemon meringue cheesecake (*Johanna's suggestion. We all agreed it was an excellent choice!). A wonderful experience that we will repeat soon!

There was no seating available so we opted for the bar. The drinks were amazing. The loaded baked tots were the best thing I've ever eaten! However my husband didn't get his fries until we were done with our meal which is a disgrace because it's literally the easiest thing to fix.. Our bartender acted as though we were a bother for even coming in. This was our first and only visit as it was very disheartening being treated and served so poorly.

Back then, the quality of the food was much better. However, it has now deteriorated as well as food options that do not fit the cuisine of this restaurant. The Asian dishes are not flavored properly and shouldn’t be cooked by this restaurant. My mother had ordered the spicy cashew chicken. She claims it smelled of dried fish, that the chicken was not fresh, and it was not spicy at all. It tasted odd and it was too sweet. It tasted like a large amount of soy sauce and sesame seeds were added. I had ordered the Chicken Madeira, however the sauce tasted like apple cider vinegar and that the “side of asparagus” were only 4 spears and oddly sprawled across the dish. The server didn’t bother replacing the bread basket like servers in the past. His sleeves were hanging which touched the food. I believe the only thing good here is the cheesecake and bread.

We were there around 2pm, and it was packed. However, the wait time for 4 people and a kid was around 30 minutes. (Make sure to check in at the front desk, and give them your number for updates) the service was great. The waitresses are not stressed, but they worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Our food was served within a decent time. Everything tasted great! I believe the margaritas could use a little bit more liquor.

Yes! Monday through Friday till 5 o clock!
Mainly masks as required. They have the shields on each booths. They also wear gloves as well.
I'm sure that they do, but may not do so over the Valentine's Day weekend.
I think they are closed on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day
If you look at their "Take-out" menu, it has the prices. Both menus are the same.
Try it , lol , nothing but houses
yes! they take call in orders! it is pretty convenient too. You walk in and pay for it by the cheescake!
