Don't waste your time or money. These people will raise your rent every 6 months, never fix anything, all the buildings are full of roaches and spiders. Most of the washers and dryers haven't worked in 18 months. Many of the boards on stairways, porches and balconies are rotted out. There is also mold throughout all the buildings. The storage shelter is always locked. Giving them one star 🌟is far too generous.

terrible place to live. bugs where all over my apartment inside and out! giant spiders waiting for me when i came home everyday! and they try to keep your deposit no matter what.terrible management. i found a better place on the west side that doesnt have spiders everywhere. avoid at all cost!!

I lived here from 2014 to 2019. The property has changed ownership 3 times in that span. They can’t keep a property manager for longer than 6 months at a time. I finally had enough and moved and purchased my own property. Office staff was never really helpful, but I have to chalk that up with the fact nobody ever had a chance to do much because of the turnover rate. Pest control wasn’t great either. Again... hard to have a routine when the company changes hands so often. The price was cheap and I’m a believer in you get what you pay for.

Decent experience. I prefer a two bedroom over the one bedroom units. Maintenance is average. Management is great. Lots of changes happening throughout neighborhood and the complex itself in regards to upgrades. Reasonable pricing and decent communication throughout my experience.
