Forced out by an unlawful eviction due to not tolerating belittling treatment in front of tenants, constant entry without permission, burglary, security camera in units, apartment door pounded on in the early morning hours, food taken from unit and racism to an extreme. I will never speak highly of the management nor the property management. Constantly having BEDBUG INFESTATIONS that get passed all bug spraying. Please don't go through what I did and the treatment of the handicapped is unfathomable.

Its nice smells great , the cleaning can be better ..i was wondering is there internet access? The kitchen and door way floors can look better i went and seen the apartment i was moving in to and it just didnt feel right i dont know why but it just didnt

I lived hear several yrs. The current manager we have is great. Her and her staff goes out of there way to keep the building up. All maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. The service coordinator is awesome. They care about there residents. I would highly recommend plaza west apts.

I moved in three months ago and highly recommend it. The Manager, Social Service Coordinator and the maintenance staff all do a commendable job, they are proffessional, efficient and respond quickly to tenant needs. The building is well cared for and meets my needs. The envioronment is warm and friendly! I'm glad I 'm here!

Its income based. Its 30% of your total income. There are some nice residents here. They have bingo 1-2 times a week every first Friday I think it is harvesters comes and donates food. You just come and fill out an application, they are on the left as you enter the first set of double doors. Then call the office and let Mona know its complete and she helps take care of the rest.
They have applications readily available for you to grab as you enter the front of the building. On the wall Towards the left ...
