I’ve only lived here for 2 months but I’ve been so impressed so far I had to go ahead and write a review. The application and move-in process was so quick and easy and the apartment was cleaned very well. The maintenance guys respond quickly and are very thorough. The complex itself is very well maintained and quiet. The apartment is a great size for the price. I looked at many complexes but am so glad to have ended up here. I highly recommend considering Southbrook!

If you are not 100% sure that this is where you want to live, then don't put down a deposit because you can only change your mind within a 72 hour time period. Not 73, 74 or 75 hours, only 72 hours. Because you will lose your $300.00 dollars. The reason being is they could have rented it to someone else, even though it has been empty for over a month and no one else is interested. I guess that they really need money. I could only imagine what kind of landlords they would have been!

My partner and I have been living here for a few months and we love our apartment. From the start of our application to the move in, we were beyond satisfied with the amazing customer service we received. The process was fast and easy, they always had answers to any question we asks, as well as quick to respond to any concern that needed to be addressed. We are glad we call Southbrook our home.

I lived in a Southbrook townhome for 8 years. I only moved when I got married. The staff was always helpful and maintenance had a quick response to problems every time. Some of my neighbors weren't happy with staff, but I was kind to them and they were kind to me. I would move back if I needed to, and highly recommend.
