This restaurant refused me delivery service because I live in apartments that are in close proximity to a homeless shelter. I explained several times that I do not live in the homeless shelter, but they still refused delivery. I placed my order through the app and shortly after received a phone call saying it was a “ rule” here. No one could explain anything further and I spoke to 3 different people at this location. I told them this is discrimination based on where I live. The guy who claimed to be the manager said, “ I don’t care what it is , I’m canceling your order.” He refused to even hear me out then gets angry that I spoke over him when he initially tried to steam roll over me, then hung up in my face.

This location is a dumpster fire. The rude parolee behind the counter was not nice. I think it's completely acceptable to walk into a pizza place, ask for a menu or even what the specials are. The place looks half condemned anyways.

Cancel order due to rude customer service. I will not pay for food from a rude company. I told two(2) people to cancel order will call charge card company if necessary. And if that is necessary I will tell everyone I can about the experience, plus call charge card company. I will not pay for pizza and wings not picked up after telling 2 people to cancel order
